 - Don´t forget your fishing rod! The lake is full of fish - pike, zander, bream, trout and perch. - Play mini-golf, football or tennis on-site. - Hire a bicycle/scooter and venture out onto the meandering lanes of the Småland countryside. The Hissö nature reserve is just a few kilometres away but takes you a lot further back in time. - Hire a rowing boat/motorboat or canoe and cross the Helgasjön lake to the Kronoberg Castle ruins on the other side. Here we celebrate a traditionally Swedish Midsummer and the Thor steamboat, Sweden´s oldest wood-fired steamboat, departs from a nearby jetty. Every July we also have our celebrated Mediaeval Week. |
